4 large eggs (yolks separated from whites)
230 grams of butter
230 grams of powdered sugar
230 grams of flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Beat butter and sugar until the mixture whitens.
Add the egg yolks and continue to beat for 1 minute.
Add vanilla and flour, baking powder and mix gently.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Stir the mixture before the whites.
Mix gently to avoid breaking the whites.
Pour the mixture into a mold or buttered and floured cake topped with baking paper.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
