200g silken tofu
100 g of avocado flesh
60 g of rice syrup
30 raspberries.

Mixer long silky tofu with avocado and rice syrup. Pour into small glasses, alternating with a few raspberries. 
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours
